I have a 2002 tii and i tried to use the FAQ about the window regulator, which explained how to do remove it, but mine does not seem to remove the same way. I know that this is a very specific question, but i have been staring at this thing for the past 2 hours and i have not found any way to remove it. Any help is greatly appreciated.

use the short end to feel around the back side of the knob. You'll feel a hole on the back side. Press the allen wrench into the hole and push hard; the center section of the knob will pop out, revealing a Phillips screw. Remove the screw and the knob comes right off.

These instructions are for the vent window knobs...

If you look closely at the outer face of the knob you will see a tiny little dot in the plastic. This little dot is there to take the guess work out of feeling around for the hole on the backside.
