with square lights so i cannot give you details, will, andy or ian can tell you how they did it, on a roundie with the chrome bumper it is straightforward as all you do is measure the holes on the bumper brackets and mark the plate on the fiberglass bumper and bolt it to the bracket.

the bumper is of 3 layer fiberglass finished in black gelcoat weighs about 8 pounds or less. strong too you can stand on it and it will not crush.
