that includes the black box you are screwed anyway. The ever present "they" want to get the info for taxes, tolls and liability. The desire to gather this info is going to come from insurance, revenue, and probably home land insecurity. I have a transponder for the NE toll roads. Pretty soon they will calculate time and distance and send me a damned speeding ticket anyway. At that point it may as well be automatic. I can at least work or play while on the road. Now, please excuse me while I go stand in a corner and try to get my paranoia quotient back under control.

BMW did a full page ad in a UK National paper advertising a modification to quickly convert right-hand-drive to LHD for those Brits taking their BMW to Europe. The BMW dealerships were snowed under with calls. It was April 1st.
