some guys are simply too busy to fool with e-mail much. Others are very pro-active with e-mailing, and I would think a good business person would "appreciate" the correspondence with customers. But, sadly many don't respond quickly if at all. I think Jeff's a good guy, but I'd call him to get his attention. Just my suggestion.

I'd emailed him a few times in the past year and he's always been really prompt to reply -- usually the same day. It could be his account is furbared or something

He's a little tough to talk with on the phone sometimes, I don't think he likes it! Be patient, and you'll find out more than you wanted to know!

If it's just checkin' an order or some such thing, talk to Jeremy, he's great also!
