but that should not stop anyone from attending. I will be there again this year- I think this is the 10th consecutive year I've been.

If you are considering it, pre-register online, drive a BMW or other import car and they will let you park on the display field. Pre-registration info is available at www.carsatcarlisle.com - IIRC, a small pre-reg fee gets you inside the gate parking, plus admission tickets for 2 people for all 3 days. Onsite camping is available for a few extra $$$$'s.

The main BMW club that always has a presence there is Nittany Bimmers chapter of BMW CCA- you can always hang out with those guys and they will definitely want you to park with them, they are really nice folks.
