a Mini-Mall as that's pretty much a residential area. Probably a P.O. Box outlet as there's no big buildings around there (that I remember). It's about 12 miles from me and normally I wouldn't drive on the roads right by there. If it's really important a buddy works by there at Valley College and he probably would know and I could find out. Email me if you wish. You could also call business-line at the North Hollywood Division of the LAPD and quiz the desk guy.

Hills, Sunland, etc., are all just Post Offices and mean nothing. The city of L.A. is 487 sqare-miles. West Hills, Venice and San Pedro are all in the city even if fifty miles apart (WH>SP). A friend who technically lived in Pacoima used Hansen Hills as the city name (since it was by Hansen Dam) even though it's still L.A.
