any one ever put any in?

ive got a set that i have had for years

but never had the courage to pull the old ones and go for putting in the upgrade.

how hard is it ?

how many hours did it take?

..paper to smooth the sleeves. then just pressed them in by hand. the diff mounts were trickier. had to use a bearing press. haven't done the front set yet. use lots of silicone grease to help them in.

Use the sylicone grease. If you run out, go get more.

When you lube the bushings they wont squeak, . . . until the water and weather finally get it all.

As some other people can attest, it can be a real beeotch, especially with new bushings.

Second on the list was getting the stub axles out of the trailing arms (had to borrow an even bigger BFH).

Third on the list was pressing out the old bushings from the rear trailing arms. I used the threaded rod and several washers/spacers. After I dialed in my procedure on the first one, the rest went pretty easy.
