and I would like to remove it with the intention to re use it once my floor is repaired. Any hints you could share so I can meet my objective? It is in pretty good condition so that's why I would like to keep it, otherwise, I would give my business to Al. (Maybe later Al!)

TIA

Victor

recommend going with the 14-piece carpet. Overall, I think the 14-piece is a much nicer look...and much easier to install than the one-piece. Biggest problem with the one-piece is glueing it down to get out wrinkles, etc...thus as the other guy said it is often difficult to remove without ripping it.

If this has happened, you can try using a heat gun to soften the tar--just be careful--heat guns generate enough heat to melt the carpet. Or, use your wife's hair dryer (if you can pry it out of her hands)
