Defroster wire tab broken off of rear window. Any fixes out

OK,

This wasn't on the 02, but on the E30 M3. While trying to remove yet MORE of the interior trying to locate the water leaks that have been flooding my trunk, the damn little wire tab fell off of the rear window.

Looking at the tab, it either looks like really poor solder, or some sort of metal laced epoxy.

Has anybody out there sucessfully repaired one of these connectors? Any products out there? I always start my searches here at the FAQ.

I knew someone on this list would have the answer to my parts problem. THAT'S one of the reasons I'll continue to frequent this place.
