Im replacing my current worn out and dead starter with an E30M3 starter and need a procedure of sorts or just some tips on how to R and R it. Thanks in advance for the help.

remove air filter if you have one.

locate starter and remove large cable, probably a 13mm

remove small wire and note position, as there are two possibilities when you put m30 on.

locate and loosen and remove bracket from engine, that holds starter, you may want to try and remove the bracket from the starter side as well. this is directly under intake, not sure what size maybe 13mm.

loosen and remove bolts(2x) near bell housing(back of engine) 17mm i believe.

Now the hard part fish that pig out, it is very awkward and heavy but i can be done. i was able to take mine from the right side. that should get you started any way.

install is the reverse, take not which side the small wire came off.
