Ripped off by Rajesh. Just the facts.....

A few months ago I Paypaled Rajesh for an item he had listed on the FS page after he stated the item was still available. He contacted me a couple of weeks later and stated that the item he had listed (and said was available) had been sold already. He also said he would be able to get more of the item, in better condition, and would ship this when it arrived. Although I have his phone #, he refuses to return my calls or e-mails. Because I waited for him to receive the new item, I now have no recourse with Paypal. A blatant rip-off and hopefully a warning to others.

I have had past dealings with Rajesh, and they were always great. He seems like a super nice guy, and a good 02er. Now I hear about your story, and also JohnnieF's story, who is a friend and fellow 02er here in Vancouver. He tells the same story as you. Euro signals, right?

Anyway, I also know that he was good friends with Skip from the board, but I know that Skip has not been able to get a hold of him, either. That is the odd part. They live in the same town, and are friends, but now no one has heard a thing from Rajesh. Didn't he work for you, Skip?

Any chance that something has happened to him? I'd rather that he was just a scammer, than dead, but you have to consider the possibility, right? Accidents happen. I hope not, but has ANYONE heard anything from him? Just seems so weird that a guy who once sent me FREE parts, and even paid for the shipping, would rip a bunch of 02ers off.

The deal (for euro signals) seemed ok at first and he did give me his phone #. I had been able to contact him by phone but kept hearing what seemed like a runaround. I have had absolutely no luck contacting him in the past few weeks. I agree that it would seem odd for any member to blatantly rip-off other member since this is a great community.

I too would rather have been "taken" than to find that the person is gone. Has ANYONE heard from him?

I had the same experience with him, euro turn signals, got the same

runaround then nothing. I hope he is alright too, the money's not that

important. Didn't someone have his phone # at Conway Corp.?

I guess you could always check the obit's.
