Anyway, is there anything else that usually needs replacing once you dissassemble things to replace the shocks? I won't be doing this myself but I'd hate to get a call from the mechanic telling me: Hey Victor, your ____ and _____ are shot; you need to order them!

first thing i did was clean all the dust and grit out of the bearings themselves. Blast of WD40, then packed with wheel bearing grease.
