I have my 32/36 apart. Shoule I just buy 5 cans of spray, or is there other stuff that's better? What kind of brushes to use that won't melt like an old toothbrush?

Thanks.

Gumout brand carb cleaner is the nastiest but most effective stuff I've found that's easily available at parts stores. A pan to catch and re-use the drippings helps, as does a cheap 1/2" wide paint brush with the bristles cut down to about 1/4" long. I rinse with brakleen outta the can - since it sweeps away all the loosened stuff well, and evaporates quickly.

Wear rhinocerous hide gloves - as any of this stuff will mess your hands up good. (Latex will simply melt with the above solvents). Good ventilation also important naturally.

I suggest having a soft lint free towel laid out on a wide open work surface to keep things organized and C L E A N.

IT HAS A TANK LARGE ENOUGH FOR A HOLLEY 4 BARREL .

THE SOLUTION I USE IS A POWDER MIX MADE FOR JEWLREY

CLEANING . IT ALSO HAS A TANK HEATER .

I HAVE A TIMER SET UP SO I CAN RUN IT FOR A SET LENGTH OF TIME & I DON'T HAVE TO BE THERE TO TURN IT OFF .

IF I RUN IT FOR TOO LONG AT FULL BLAST , IT WILL ACTUALLY

ERODE ALUNINUM !

I USE THEI SAME DEVICE TO CLEAN SMALL MOTOR PARTS & SPARK PLUGS .

IT WAS MADE BY BLACKSTONE ULTRASONIC BACK IN 1985 .

NEW ONES COST NEARLY A GRAND - I GOT IT FOR 100 BUCKS ON E-BAY
