DTZ
Hi All, My rebuilt and other good used drive shaft both were wobbling a 25MPH. I changed the engine mounts, trans mounts, and rear diff mounts. It still wobbled. So I had to shim the new rear trans mount, correct the angle of the driveshaft, as the guibo was stretch at the bottom side. This removed most of it. What is causing this!! TobyB
A bent output flange at the transmission end. A bent output shaft where the end of it protrudes through the output flange. A bent input flange at the diff end. Loose bearings in either. t has had his share of damaged 'box parts. Now, if your transmission's misaligned to the diff, that will do it too. DTZ
Hmm, okay the diff is a bit clunky..
DTZ
if I remove the shims at the transmission mount the guibo will sage down word, thus making the issues worse. Hmm, okay the diff is a bit clunky..
