Tommy
Is it different than Redline Water Wetter? That I'm using in my racecar as glykol is forbidden nowdays on tracks around here. Redline advertises -20 degrees which is way optimistic but it has some effect. I'm using the stuff just to avoid corrosion. I would recommend using something instead plain water. Then if you have a small heating capacity issue you might try something like that to see if it helps.
