They are tan and black and the quality is good. On my monitor they look blue, but they are black I obviously have both sides but didnt want to unwrap. I have no attachment to these. They came in a bulk lot of parts. Dye them whatever. I don't think the boards are new but have never been wet and are perfectly flat.
