got mail this morning, 8days from longstone.

My set is coming soon.  I don't need them "yet" but couldn't pass up the Dollar to GB Pound exchange rate last week.  Cheaper to purchase in GBP than US Dollars on their website.

Longstone must have had a run on these.  I just received 5 of them for a 72 Porsche I am restoring.  I couldn't pass up the great exchange rate either.

Ordered 5 185/70 13's on Tuesday the 20th, at my door on Tuesday the 27th.  Doesn't get much better than that...

Thank you to the folks at Longstone Tyres.  Great service!  I noticed that this latest batch was Made in Argentina instead of Turkey like my previous ones...  Stoked 🙂

 

 

 

 

EDIT:  I checked out the date code on the tires (2322) which means the 23rd week of 2022.  So this batch was made between June 6th - 12th 2022 in Argentina... Then they made their way to the UK close to Manchester and then to me.  Glad that the folks at Langstone were able to get the 165/80 13's produced too..   Fresh batches.. 👍

I'm curious.  What tire size does your 72 Porsche take?   Is it a 911?  Love those cars.

John....1972 911.  The tire size is 185 VR 15.

Just got mine. They look great and the durometer appears decently soft...

Lucas Tire in Long Beach recently got a container in. My 185/70 r13's arrived in a couple of days after ordering.
