Fuel pressure regulator / valve

Does anyone know where I can find a 29psi fuel pressure regulating valve or spring for my 2002 turbo? Mine works but has a. Weak spring and is operating only in low twenties psi at best making cold starts very problematic.

I guess you know the BMW part no is 13511257555 but it has been NLA for a long time...same part is used on all the tii pumps, some of the porsche pumps and some of the peugeot pumps...i cant find the cross-reference part numbers for those non-BMW applications.

I am sure these guys have it, but they have a reputation to not be helpful with spares
