Also there's a noise, from underneath I think. Or inside or outside.

Did you try searching for your specific problem?  Often the problem has been had by someone else already and the answer is already out there.  But in your case, you're just out of gas, so that was easy.    Best place for gas?  Local taqueria, anything with refried beans.

I did of course find one very desiccated rat in the car when I got it. In pieces.
