Fuse Box

I foolishly took it apart to clean it.

Disassembling it was tricky.

But re-assembling is proving almost impossible - so stiff.

Any suggestions on how to get this job done.  Have tried a number of things but not my teeth quite yet!

Are you referring to the stiffness of the wires when trying to plug 'em back into their terminals on the fuse box?  If so, you might try warming them, either by leaving the car out in the sun, or borrowing your significant other's hair dryer to warm the wires and improve that half-century old wire insulation flexibility.  I wouldn't use a heat gun--way too hot for either the wires or your hands.

And dealing with all those wires in a confined area--it's often easier to grip the metal terminal on the wire with a pair of small needle nose pliers and push 'em onto the male terminals on the fuse box...
