M10 with side draft weber and 5 speed value?

Hi all.
I am considering an engine swap that will leave me with my current engine and trans.
I have a M10 with a signal side draft weber and the  Getrag 245 5 speed trans with the IE linkage, .

I have no history on the engine prior to me getting the car. It has good compression , original cam and runs well.  Any idea of what I could expect to get for this?
I also have the AC system that was recently overhauled ... it's value?

$1,750-$2,200  for engine+trans.

 

$300-xxx Value of AC is pretty volatile.  I don’t have a good handle, it can depend on what brand/age of components.

 

***if you are considering an m20 swap, you may want to reconsider getting rid of the 245.  With the correct m20 front section it will mate up to your new engine.  I’ve documented this pretty well in older threads.
