the trim is missing...interior needs a lot of work...some really poor shock tower patching and paint coverup...

I always appreciate your feedback, Esty.  Those are your carpets, except for the coco mats. I decided not to go with the belt line trim, I guess I am not a purest.  I don't think the interior needs a lot of work, but it is a 47 year old car.  Could use a new headliner but I had front and rear seats reupholstered about 8 years ago.  Shock towers are recently redone.  So it may not look pretty, but it's safe.  My price point may be a bit high, but I am certainly willing to negotiate.  What I have found about these cars, is that there is a buyer out there if you are patient.  Hope you are doing well and I do appreciate your candor.

what i said was strictly related to your asking price...about the interior...my thoughts, you'd get closer with the seats matching and stitched in an original pattern...the black paint in the trunk draw attention to the rust repair on the shock towers...it would take a bit of work but that could be cleaned up and blended so the repairs wouldn't be in your face

 

you're at, maybe over the top with asking price...for that price it should be complete and somewhat original in appearance....but that just more of my overblown thoughts...but we make do with what we have...unless we're rich and can send out to the masseuse

 

one thing a lot of people forget, including myself, just because it is a 2002 + a tii doesn't make it priceless....good luck and stay safe out there
