Greetings,

I need a brake booster for my 1974 BMW 1602.  I assume the 2002 brake boosters are the same, since there isn't much difference between the two.  Anyone have one for sale?  Or recommendations on where I could purchase a new one?  I've looked online but I'm not finding anything.

Thanks!

2002 brake boosters are not "available new".  However, there are several popular 2002 vendors who offer rebuild services of your old booster.  If you needed an old used booster to send in as a core, then you could make a quick "wanted" add in the "Wanted Classifieds" section.

Hope that helps.

I have often wondered whether there is an alternative to the tii booster, preferably one that is more compact and higher performance, although I would take one or the other. I currently have a tii booster because I couldn't find a reasonable air filter solution for my dual 45 DCOE carbs. Of course, that led to other modifications such as brake lines, battery mounting, etc.
