The rack comes complete with a pair of mounting clamps and stainless steel wingnuts. The wood has been treated with 3 coats of polyurethane clear to help with the outdoor elements. The screws and finishing washers that hold the wood slats in place are also stainless steel. The feet that sit into your raingutters have clear rubber tubing to help protect the paint.
