Brake Lines-MC-VB Install Question

I am ready to install a rebuilt vacuum booster and a new master cylinder.  Answers to this question might save me some time and trouble:  What might be the easiest, most efficient order of operation with these 3 things which have to be done:  attach 5 hard lines to MC, attach MC to VB, attach VB to bracket?  I ask b/c connecting the hard lines to the MC might be easier if the VB is not in the way and the MC can be manipulated a little (as opposed to its being immovable if attached to the VB).

Thank you.

I would do brake booster to support bracket first. The most difficult part of the job is maneuvering the safety clip which secures the linkage clevis pin in place - long, skinny needle nose or forceps seem to work well for this.

Master cylinder to booster is easy, do it last. Yes, the hydraulic lines are much easier to connect prior to mounting cylinder to booster. I usually loosely thread each of the brake lines into the cylinder, just enough so that they're started, and then put the master cylinder onto the booster. After it's mounted, I snug up each of the hydraulic line fittings. Make sure to use a flare wrench/crows foot wrench.
