45 DCOE setup- early-ish, likely Alpina

I believe this is an early Alpina DCOE 45 setup. It came on a reported 1600 race engine that had some fun stuff on it, it was a euro 1600 ti, engine number below.
 

I do not pretend to be an alpina expert, if someone has more/better knowledge, i am all ears. Just cleaning off shelves. 
 

Italian Weber 45’s, 15 and 16 tipo. Ti manifolds, elbow, pipe, and airbox. Airbox ends have had the snorkel cut off. One of the carbs has a hole cut in it for a small spigot, not sure what thats about. One of the horns has some damage from being dropped, or something. 

 

I dont have any linkage except what is pictured. 
 

Not sure what to ask, again other than what carbs go for, and some other bits.
