My '71 needs an engine - WTB M10

I picked up a '71 (12 fuse) recently and it has no engine and I’m looking for a nicely built M10 to drop in it.

I'd like mild street performance, not just an old stock block.

I'm in the SF Bay Area, and if anyone has a nicely built up M10 that they have decided to move away from, I'm interested.  I'd be willing to drive a ways with my hoist to grab the right engine.

Feel free to PM me with what you have.  I'll update the post if/when I find something.

Thank you, and stay well.

I'd prefer to move away from mechanical FI as I'm still not sure how far mods will go.  I'm in analysis paralysis on what to drop in and given I have a blank slate, it may come down to what I can find already built/rebuilt and available 'locally'.

I'd like mild street performance.  It will be a weekend and occasional weekday 'fun' driver. Wish list - torque is good, hp is nice, but not looking for anything crazy.

Long block only, the more bits the better, and as you can tell, I'm not overly picky . . .provided it is solid. . . I'm still in decision mode and can go a number of directions.
