RHD Auto to Manual Conversion - Parts help

Hey all,

When I bought my auto 2002 couple months back it came with a manual conversion kit, which I want to get done in the next couple of weeks. Unfortunately turns out some of the parts that were sourced seem to be for LHD, pedal box etc.

Any experts in here could help me out? Done RHD conversion?

Thanks,

Ian

Hey Ian,

not quite clear if you are talking auto-manual conversion or LHD to RHD conversion (or both).

Have a look at this:

Pedals-supporting bracket

A pedal assembly of a 72 RHD. Link:

It seems as if you don't need the entire box but just the clutch pedal, sleeves and few additional parts. It is like this in LHDs.

Concerning gearbox, driveshaft and electrics search this forum, there's a lot of info here.

Don't forget the small sleeve in the engine's crankshaft and the little electric mods.

Thanks. It RHD car that I am converting from automatic to manual.  Would you know which parts specifically are different for a RHD car than LHD car? I know the pedal box is different and I think I have sourced one. The clutch master? Anything else?

Thanks so much,

Ian
