Price: $1
Location: Bring a Trailer; car is in Cincinnati I believe

Description:

Nice '73 tii on BAT in Inka.

I saw this car a couple of times at Fuel.  Owner is on the left, my Dad is on the right.  This was about 2011, I would guess.

It looked to be in really good condition.  But not perfect.

Two days left and it is $28k and change.

I’ve been watching that one as well. Wonder if it will break into the low $40s? My guess is the color, originality and docs will get it there.  Some detailing underneath would help.

It might hit that.  I think it is possible.

As I recall, the car had a few details post the paint work that weren't attended to.  It was missing the under-hood insulation, for example.  That kind of thing.  Nothing major, just "oh they forgot to do that" little things that are easily correctable.

Yes, the underside doesn't look awesome.

I would think easily 40K plus even though the market has been a little soft of late. The year, color, condition, docs and upgrades are all big positives. Things such as the under hood insulation and a few missing decals are easily rectified and the undercarriage would be transformed by a good steam cleaning.

Very nice tii.

Sold for $60,000.  The Inka added that extra $20,000.

i'm gonna paint my malaga tii inka tomorrow lol

nice car. body and interior are excellent. Curiously they left the under carriage untouched and ratty.... It didn't seem to matter though.
