Does anyone have a speedo in mph with W=1.393 that they would sell ?

The W = 1.393 speedometer heads were built for the 3.90 diffs found only in 1976, 49-state versions. And 3.91’s didn’t appear “naturally” in ‘02’s (they are e21 differentials). So...

1. It’s going to have a cross-hairs face plate, not a simple black mid-1971 through 1973 face plate. This means that if you care about instrument appearance, you’ll need to swap the 1976 mechanism to your faceplate, and

2. A large number of the 1976 49-state version speedometers were stamped “W = 1.393”, but were actually geared for a 3.64 transmission. My April 23, 1976 ‘76 was among those cars thus-afflicted. I’ve chronicled it elsewhere, but accompanying please find two brief mentions in the early Roundel magazine.
