Noooooo.... what a beautiful car Luis.  I can hardly believe you would sell it.

Folks... this one is a stunner.  I've drooled over it a number of times at the MidAmerica02Fest.

Good luck with the sale...

...I regret that I wasn't able to complete the 2000CS in time for this year's MidAm.  I had always hoped to get photos of Luis' NK and my Coupe together... darn

Certainly a stunner!  Was it just "time to let it go"?

Yep.  Ran the whole cycle...

Simplifying my life a bit.  Pruning back to six classics.

Hmm.  Six classics, but your signature only shows (2).

Luis,

Amazing car. Good luck with the sale.

Do you happen to know where the seat fabric was sourced? I need some for my 1600ti.

Thanks,

Michael

Hi Luis,

Beautiful car, gorgeous color. Thanks for being the caretaker of that wonderful car. Trust the new owner treats it as well. GLWS.

No sale at $20,000.  I really thought it would do better but I guess the general collector world has yet to realize the cool factor of these.

In the interest of market transparency for these infrequently-traded cars, I'll post that the car sold the day the auction ended to the high bidder for $24K.  He is a member of the BMW Vintage CCA and I couldn't be happier that it went to him.  Thanks all for the comments and interest.
