Are the euro headlight buckets the same, right and left?

For the euro buckets, saw a recent post with this title and I am wondering if they are specific for right or left.  Perhaps its the reason why i'm having difficulty getting the correct pattern on the road. Maybe i installed them crossed.  They are new euro Hella buckets.  The adjustments for right or left movement are all the way adjusted and still the light pattern is not on center.  I thought of removing them and placing some spacers on the actual fasteners that secure them to the body of car, but have been careful not to re-injure a recent herniated disc.  Also thought perhaps the car had a front end collision in its past and it is not entirely symmetrical up front.  I bought the car in 2018 and was 90% restored at the time. 1973 model.

Thanks in advance

The recent post was about 7” sealed beam buckets, which are similar but not quite the same.

Euro buckets are different as the physical buckets are the same and the lens is installed perpendicular to the bucket. What *may* be different is the pattern of the raised lenses on the glass and the shape of the internal reflector. I would take a good hard look for any arrows or markings that are different between the two. If they are exactly the same, then that’s my guess for the correct answer- they are both the same. If they have different markings then I hope that they shed some light on it.

The Euro Hella units are not handed. Adjustment range is quite limited, if your car has some front end 'experiences' over the years then the mounting points for the lamps might be distorted. In that scenario your only option is to shim and seal the mount.
