Is there a map for a pinto 2.5 l engine available? As this is the smallest engine on the Holley spec sheet. 1/2 shouldn’t make a difference. See how they deal with throttling down the carb. There must be a way as they claim you could run up to 7 liters.

It is not a fine spray, but rather a squirt.

On a throttle body injector, the fuel shears to a fine droplet as it passes the throttle plate when at idle.

Read the 1987 info from GM that discusses issues when folks think it's a good idea to speed up the idle by messing with the throttle opening instead of being smart enough to burn a new chip with revised idle speed table (used to do chip mods for GMs).  Crank the throttle plate open and the idle goes to hell.  The same goes for drilling holes in the throttle plate.

Fix the idle air valve follower setting to avoid stalls, that's what it is for.

A radiator shop is a good place to take a leak.

I have no idea what I'm doing but I know I'm really good at it.

I have the IAC set correctly, hence the throttle plate is within specs.

I am messing with the iac hold position.

I have booked a dyno tune on the 12th. Not because I think it is a tuning issue, rather just to get the best out of what I have.

I also read on the Holley forum that a 1" carb spacer may help to get better fuel mixture

I am going to “peanut” the manifold which should give it at least a clear inch including the adapter plate.

Is your manifold still heated? Could that be an issue with your fuel puddling?

I know it’s no solace but we are all rooting for you!

I am truly humbled by all the support I have received. Thanks so much!

The problem is, no-matter how many nuts you up, and no-matter how big or small they are, they fall off the moment you press the power button on said windows computer.

I never said it was a good solution; sometimes you just need one...

Probably say that about a few things, huh?

BMW Neue Klasse - a birth of a Sports Sedan

Unveiling of the Neue Klasse Unveiled in 1961, BMW 1500 sedan was a revolutionary concept at the outset of the '60s. No tail fins or chrome fountains. Instead, what you got was understated and elegant, in a modern sense, exciting to drive as nearly any sports car, and yet still comfortable for four.   The elegant little sedan was an instant sensation. In the 1500, BMW not only found the long-term solution to its dire business straits but, more importantly, created an entirely new

History of the BMW 2002 and the 02 Series

In 1966, BMW was practically unknown in the US unless you were a touring motorcycle enthusiast or had seen an Isetta given away on a quiz show.  BMW’s sales in the US that year were just 1253 cars.  Then BMW 1600-2 came to America’s shores, tripling US sales to 4564 the following year, boosted by favorable articles in the Buff Books. Car and Driver called it “the best $2500 sedan anywhere.”  Road & Track’s road test was equally enthusiastic.  Then, BMW took a cue from American manufacturers,

    The BMW 2002 Production Run

BMW 02 series are like the original Volkswagen Beetles in one way (besides both being German classic cars)—throughout their long production, they all essentially look alike—at least to the uninitiated:  small, boxy, rear-wheel drive, two-door sedan.  Aficionados know better.   Not only were there three other body styles—none, unfortunately, exported to the US—but there were some significant visual and mechanical changes over their eleven-year production run.   I’ve extracted t
