Best option to fix dents?

Hi there,  I recently bought a hennarot e21 that came with right side fender and door damage.  The car is in fair condition and i'm doing some basic fixes to get it driving ( though bought it initially for parts), but don't want to sink a ton of money into it.   I'd like to clean up the damage on the right side and wondering what the best ( and most cost effective) option would be?

1.  Keep original panels and have dents pulled by someone and eventually clean up and paint

2.  I have a lead on color matching parts but they have small creases in same area.  much better than mine though but have the added cost of shipping and might need some paint anyway.

3.  found clean body panels pretty cheap but different color

I'm not in a rush and don't mind doing some clean up work.  Which option would you take?  other ideas?

thanks and happy new year!

I would swap the panels to different colour ones in good condition and then paint. With most of your other options you end up painting anyway and replacing the panels will be cheaper in terms of labor.

Agreed, swap 'em,

those areas are hard to repair.

And the fender, in particular, is a springy pain in the butt to repair.

Thanks for the advice and seems like the way to go.  Now I need to see if i can still secure those parts.... or keep looking.

W&N have OEM fenders for 300-400 bucks and they also have Non OEM for like 60 bucks. I just replaced both front fenders on my e21 with the non OEM fenders and they fit nicely.

Thanks for tip on the W&N aftermarket parts! Are they metal or plastic/ fiberglass? They look perfect for what I need.

They're metal. All holes lined up nicely, very minor adjusting to get body lines and gaps lined up
