Crank pulley nut is 30mm right?

need to get one and turn it down on a lathe or get a thinwall one if you

have a tii crank pulley

....are you going out to buy a socket to turn the motor for valve adjustment ?!

Do Not Need to !

just remove the spark plugs and the motor turns easily by one hand holding on to the water pump pulley/fan and belt - if the belt slips - tighten it - and or just push tension on it with a free finger while turning the water pump pulley/fan . REALLY EASY !

use a long thin screw-driver to feel thru the plug hole for the exact TDC of the cylinder your checking. Turn the motor slowly as you approach TDC.

i have two- a short one for the crank pulley, and a deep thin wall for the tranny flange. used 'em both multiple times.

rotate the engine for valve adjustment. Just did that to find TDC on Silvanator's car, stuck on Alpine Rd with wires crossed! Believe it or not no one had cared to mark the crank pulley, the ball was missing, so we had to pull the valve cover off and roll the car forward.
