I'll be in the process of installing turbo flares and the front air dam soon.  Wondering what type of screws and what sizes folks have used.  I did some search but no one really talked about what they've used.

IMHO there's not enough metal thickness in the fenders for nutserts and they will spin easily making a real project to to get the flairs unbolted also how often are you going to remove the flairs? 

If everybody in the room is thinking the same thing, then someone is not thinking.

Prefer Stainless screws, stainless trim washers and neoprene washers.

 

Thought the hardware used on Vern's air dam was overkill.
