Has anyone had issues with the IE wheel spacers before?

I am running 5mm spacers all the way around and the fronts aren't sitting on there perfectly. I have the tapered edge of the center bore of spacer facing in towards the hub as it should be. They do not sit flush against the hub. Seems like the center bore needs to be opened up more. Rears are no problem.

Anyone else run into this issue? I might try taking a wire wheel to the hub just to make sure there isn't any paint, grime, etc. interfering but I don't think that's going to make enough of a difference.

EDIT: Made sure the hub was nice and clean. Made no difference, there is still about 1mm of play when I wiggle the spacer.

I used their spacers on my tii in the past and had no problems with fitment.  Maybe they sent you a set meant for a different car or something...I’d give them a call, they have pretty good customer service.

Yea I sent them an email but figured it wouldn't hurt to post here as well.

I thought they might have been for a different car as well but as far as what their site shows, they only have one style 4x100 spacer (thin and thick).

I had the same issue with my 5mm spacers. The center bore was just a bit too small in diameter.

Sent an email and Jeff sent another set that arrived within a week. These fit nicely.

He'll get back to you and take care of the issue.

Just following up here for someones future reference.

A couple email back and forth with Jeff Ireland and I got them sorted. I opened up the center bore of the spacer just a tad and they went on no problem. Didn't take much at all.

Wheel torqued down evenly and no vibration or anything to the steering wheel. I think I'm good to go.
