I have a 5-speed converted car and am considering going with th is kit instead, for smoother shifting due to the DSSR etc.|

I have a shift lever that uses a push-on knob, but I'm not sure it's a Z3 lever. Is there any way to identify it?

Thanks in advance.

I can tell you that that is not a z3 1.9  It could be a 2.5 or a 3.0 but cant tell till I see the bottom

edit

actually I may be wrong looking at the first pic  z3 1.9 has a slight bend rear and left. the second pic looks like thshaft is perfectly straight like a 2.5 or 3.0  but the first pic appears to have that bend doug  can you confirm?

In the 1500, BMW not only found the long-term solution to its dire business straits but, more importantly, created an entirely new
