Bilstien inserts for early oil struts ?

Has anyone used a bilstien insert where 

you ounce had (in my case a 1967 1600)

oil filled struts ?

I'm not aware of an insert fits the early style NK strut, reckon you'll have to swap to the later style. May be someone else has found a solution. 

 

BTW your car can't be a '67, they stopped making 1600 NKs in '66, same year they switched to the later style struts. May be it was registered in 67?

The "oil filed struts" are not filled in the struts. The oil sits in the shockhousing and can be taking out of the struts and swap it or newer type (closed) shock absorber).
