Question about electrical connector

I don't know what those feed to, but they look as if they are 10Ga.


The Amp draw and the run determines the minimum gauge needed, but you don't want the lug to restrict the amperage flow at the connection point.


Look to get a ring terminal lug similar to this:



Your hardware store should have some, but they are not marine grade plated.


Something large enough to insert all your wires easily before crimping, and you can use heat shrink tubing to make it right. Just remember to put the tubing on the wires before you put the wires in the ring.


Sometimes you may need to drill out the ring to make it fit on your terminal.

Great, thanks. I'll need to get a big lug tool to crimp it. These 3 red wires connect ignition, fuse box to + terminal which is why I need to get it done right.
