What flywheel should I use with my M42 & 323 getrag 245?

Project info. M42 engine out of a 1994 318 with an automatic transmission. Transmission is a Getrag 245 out of an E21 323.

Any one know what flywheel I could use? I would rather not use a dual mass flywheel.

I do have a monster 240mm dual mass out of an E36 M3, but I am not sure if it will work. When I researched aluminum flywheels it seemed that Fidanza sells the same flywheel (same part number) for both the E36 M3's and the E38 318's leading me to believe that I could get away with using the M3 flywheel. I am open to using any flywheel, although cost is a consideration. I would much rather go pull a flywheel from some old crusty E30 than pay big bucks.
