I am in the process of replacing the brake master cylinder. I cant seen to remove the nut that holds the solid brake lines into the master cylinder. Ive tried cutting a chunk out of a ring spanner so i can get it around the brake line. Before I mutakate it with some grippers, any ideas. Ive also tried shocking it. But too much force and ill just sheer the nut

thanks in advance

Clean around the threads with a wire brush, then hit it with PB Blaster penetrating oil.

Also, the ID of the fitting is likely seized on the brake line, so when the nut fitting does turn it can twist the line & ruin it. Give it the same wire brush & PB Blaster pre-treatment.

Then try the correct flare nut wrench
