I definitely want to see how that looks under the hood!

I do love my CS but that airbox completely muffles the noise of the Solexes.

Good job!

I'm not sure yet.  I bought it for the dash and other interior pieces, which are in way better condition than those in 1451234, and also for the 4 extra engines and 5-speed that came with it.  it turns out that the body is surprisingly good though.  I also discovered the original bill of sale, owner's manual, service book and radio manual in the glovebox!

Isn't that made for an 02? Is the linkage length/gearbox to hole the same? Never measured, but assumed it was different.

@NickVyse When I did my 69 2000 I used a 2002haus(02 kit) 5 speed kit and it all went in with no problem.

This late 67 1800 looks all the same as an 02 underneath besides having the early driveshaft with no Guibo attached to transmission. Fingers crossed

Surprising considering the NK engine sits further forward in the chassis. 99.9 percent sure the gear stick pokes out at the same spot on all NK's so if you've been there and done that you should be good to go. Handy to know.

@NickVyse so far so good! The 5 speed it’s in. Lines up with the shifter lever hole! (October 67 1800) will need a new passenger motor mount as the engine its sagging a bit that way!

This 67’ 1800 uses the normal 02 motor mounts! My 64’ 1800 does have the different style!
