The car was bought from Alex Rorke from Chicago in 2012 and brought to Mexico. After a complete and documented restoration including engine, transmission, suspension and body work the car took 10 consecutive wins and 9 out of 10 poles in the championship. After winning the championship, the car has been maintained in excellent condition and used for the occasional track day.

Extraordinary coincidence: re the photo of your BMW ahead of the ALFA GTAm tribute #29 - I now own that ALFA and know little of its history other than that  it was rebuilt and raced in Monterrey, Mexico and carries "MOTOR CLUB MONTERREY" stickers.  Do know anything about the ALFA or would you be able to put me in touch with anyone who knew the car? Any help you can give me on this would be very much appreciated. I've attached a current pic of the ALFA. BTW, "Max" is magnificent!
