I looked hard and couldn't see anything definitive.  Unless it's stamped under the bracket, which I have not removed.

Interesting though, if you tap on the face of the horn, each one has a distinct harmonic.

I was searching for parts and came across this on Craigslist. The picture is of the back of the unit, so I'm not sure if it is the one your looking for.

I think I have two different ones of these.  See pics.  BTW both of these are off of 74 or newer.  All of the 73 or older that I have, use a different horn style.
