NK Radio Antenna Location

So, I translated the German-market options booklets and all of the NK booklets from the 60's mention two specific options:

Quote

49.2 Blaupunkt “Frankfurt” Radio with Hand Antenna
    at the front                            DM    520,00+
49.6    Blaupunkt “Frankfurt” Radio with Hand Antenna
    at the rear                            DM    520,00

All the photos I've seen of NK's either show no antenna or one at the front-left A-pillar...has anyone ever seen one mounted in the rear like mentioned in the options booklet?  I'm just curious...wonder where they would've put it...

Not sure if this helps...  I believe I grabbed this picture from an ad that Enoz had for a Hirschman antenna.  My 2000CS has an antenna mounted behind the driver's C-Pillar, though the picture below shows it should be on the front fender. Either way is correct, I think

Not quite what I'm looking for, as that's a guide for aftermarket installation, I think.  I'm more interested in the "alternate" location in the rear that was offered in the brochure.

Not factory, but certainly alternate.. This is my tilux parts car and my neighbours 1800Ti has the same installation. May be a terrible French dealer idea

Location is a matter of personal preference. I moved the one on my CS to rear fender. i like it there. Moved my Bav one to the back too in the day.

I think the rear mount refers only to the CS, there is no place on a sedan back there.

Left front a-pillar, a few centimeters from the base of the pillar.  The one that W&N sells comes with a little drilling template.  Look at the NKs on Mobile.de for a sample selection of how it's fitted in other cars.  That's what I used to reinforce the W&N template.

Here is the page from the 1967 accessories book with the rear mount.

The official price list for each car is specific to that model, ie: the 2000, 2000 Ti, and 2000 Tilux all had separate price lists, and each lists the option for the Frankfurt Radio with Antenna at front or Frankfurt Radio with Antenna at Rear.  I just only see the front option installed in photos (and on both of my NKs).  See this brochure for a 2000 Tilux from 11/66, for example:

^^^ 49.6 Radio Blaupunkt -Frankfurt- mit Handantenne am Heck

Heck roughly translates to trunk-lid.

This!!!  This looks more "official BMW."  Has anyone ever seen this in-person?  It seems to be what the above price list is referring to...Thank you for the image!

Just found this image in the parts catalog, referred to as "heckantenne" or "antenna behind"...looks just like the image above.  It's listed for all 69+ models and there's no radio-related parts in the factory parts catalog for the pre-69 models, oddly.
