Lubricant for Seat Tracks?

Am re-assembling my seats and the tracks are currently off the seats.

 

Should I lubricate them for putting them back on? If so, what kind of lubricant? Bit of white grease?

I just cleaned mine up with some brake clean and an old tooth brush then applied some grease on the inside track/rollers. Mine were pretty bad before

+1 on that.  They are likey full fo coffee and snot.  Clean them by spraying brake kleen and run them back and forth, clean out the rust and gunk and lube them up.  I used fluid film.
