TobyB Posted November 5, 2017 Share Posted November 5, 2017 Stuck pressure regulator in the pump. Not uncommon. If that's true, it should be temperature dependent- as in, cold, it spikes lower, after a long fast highway run, it should be higher. The fix is to drop the pan, pull the pump, and either replace or have the regulator bore sleeved.
