Caliper not bleeding

There are two sides of the caliper and you have the a-holes but you are missing the b-holes.

 

The pic is of a NOS tii caliper and there are definitely opposing orifices on the two parts.  There should also be a flat o-ring between the two surfaces seated in the recessed hole.
