Tabbing over from the subject box puts you (me!) on top of the attachments options... iinca (and others?) also seem to be having this issue. In IE, Edge, Chrome, Firefox when trying to PM a member the text box doesn't become available no matter how long I wait. Obviously it works when responding to posts such as this.
